Born in raised in the DFW Metroplex started cooking at a young age. Loved watching and learning from my grandmothers. After Graduating High school and working at a small pizzeria I decided to attend the Art Institute of Dallas. After AI I spent time working at 560 Wolfgang Puck, Little Red Wasp and Cane Rosso. When I'm not in the Kitchen I enjoy spending time with my wife and kids. Also a very avid disc golfer and play in local clubs and tournaments around the metroplex.
